If you seek a welcoming environment with development opportunities, and take pride in contributing to a greater purpose, this position may be ideal for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Open entrances and verify the proper functioning of equipment in your department; * Familiarize yourself with tasks scheduled for your shift, according to instructions and planning provided by your immediate supervisor; * Receive, register, and control entry and exit of members, visitors, candidates, and service providers, entering data into the specific gatehouse system and granting access only after notifying and obtaining authorization from the visited employee; * Request presentation of temporary and/or permanent ID badges, as well as visitor identification, to ensure company security; * Record entry and exit data of artworks from the gallery, reporting any changes, removals, or incidents at the location via email to the responsible officer; * Assist art gallery visitors, providing information about the exhibiting artist upon request; * Monitor visitor circulation within the art gallery and users of the ATM in the social hall to prevent deviations and unauthorized access to company premises; * Answer telephone calls, direct them to respective departments, and record messages; * Control receipt of correspondence, forwarding it to the services entrance for subsequent distribution to departments; * Record information in the incident logbook; * Generate a daily report tracking entries of members, visitors, candidates, and service providers, forwarding it to the Executive Director's Secretary; * Close entrances, turn off lights, store keys in designated locations, and verify site security; * Safeguard assets under your responsibility, ensuring cleanliness, proper handling, and secure storage to preserve functionality, maximize usage, and extend service life; * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to your area of responsibility; * Support management on matters related to your area of responsibility, discussing problems and irregularities and proposing solutions to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted; * Perform other related tasks upon request from your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Public-facing customer service; * Telephone customer service; * Knowledge of administrative routines and area-specific norms/procedures; * Basic computer skills; * Commitment; * Dynamism (including vigor, speed, energy, vitality); * Ability to work in a team; * Initiative; * Attention. **Additional Information** * Happy Day; * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Allowance; * Meal and Food Allowances (VA and VR); * Basic Food Card; * Daily Snack; * Weekend Lunch at the Company; * Childcare Assistance; * SESC Agreement; * CDL Agreement; * UNIMED Health Plan without co-payment; * UNIMED Dental Plan without co-payment. The **PAMPULHA IATE CLUBE** was born from a dream, conceived to offer a grand and exuberant setting. Its bold design bears the signatures of three great masters: Oscar Niemeyer, Cândido Portinari, and Roberto Burle Marx, whose beautiful gardens frame its more than 70,000 square meters. Sixty years ago, the city paused to await the inauguration of the new club, which took place on January 26, 1961, attended by twenty thousand people, including then-Senator Juscelino Kubitscheck, who served as the ceremony’s patron. The PIC enjoys the highest reputation among Minas Gerais society and is part of the capital’s history. It is nationally known for its sophistication and social importance and has become a reference for high-quality leisure, resulting from a brilliant past built on solid foundations. Each of the 13 presidents who have led the club left their mark and worked tirelessly, with love and dedication, for the PIC cause.
