We prioritize healthy professional relationships, open communication, and a light yet productive work atmosphere—delivering a positive experience for both staff and patients. **About the Opportunity** **What Is Essential to Apply?** Completed high school education. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday – 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **What Do We Expect from This Professional?** Strong verbal and written communication skills; Experience or familiarity with customer service; Ability to conduct commercial outreach and interactions with patients; Commitment to routine tasks and scheduled hours; Dedication to responsibilities and results; Emotional stability to handle rejections; Organizational discipline in managing daily routines; Ability to work effectively within a team; Resilience when facing challenges in patient interactions; Attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in public-facing roles or commercial operations; Experience in dental clinics or the healthcare sector; Experience in patient relationship management and treatment conversion; Familiarity with practice management systems or CRM software (Clinicorp). **Key Challenges:** Conducting initial patient intake; Reaching out to and engaging potential patients; Presenting information about available treatments and services; Following up on leads; Supporting the clinic’s patient flow coordination; Collaborating with the reception team; Maintaining updated records and information in the Clinicorp system; Handling objections and rejections during the conversion process; Sustaining consistent energy and enthusiasm in customer interactions. **What Is Unacceptable:** Disrespectful behavior in the workplace; Lack of commitment to scheduled hours and responsibilities; Difficulty handling customer outreach and rejections; Disorganization in recording information and tracking patients. **What We Offer You:** Base salary; Performance-based commission; Transportation allowance; Collaborative and structured work environment.
