Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating budgets, monitoring expenditures, preparing managerial reports, and supervising the finance team, ensuring compliance and risk analysis.

**Position: Financial Supervisor**
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget, as well as cash flow projections and scenario simulations (optimistic, conservative, and stress).
* Continuously monitor operational and administrative expenses, analyzing actual versus budgeted figures and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
* Prepare, update, and submit managerial reports and financial indicators to support executive decision-making.
* Coordinate the maintenance and proper structuring of the chart of accounts and cost centers, ensuring appropriate classification of expenses and revenues.
* Manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies, corporate guidelines, and applicable legislation.
* Supervise the finance team, monitoring performance, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery and quality of outputs.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
* Prior experience in supervision within areas such as Controller’s Office, Accounts Payable, and/or Accounting.
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with the **TOTVS Protheus** system.
