




**Job Summary:** Responsible for driving Loovi’s growth through advanced analytics, structured experimentation, and continuous optimization of the marketing funnel. Works directly with the Data and Marketing teams to generate insights, improve conversions, and accelerate results. **Responsibilities** * Analyze marketing and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities. * Conduct experiments (A/B, multivariate) and validate hypotheses to optimize the funnel. * Monitor key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate, churn, and cohorts. * Build strategic dashboards and reports in partnership with the Data team. * Optimize campaigns, customer journeys, channels, and landing pages based on insights. * Support Marketing in defining strategies, segmentation, and budget allocation. * Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Sales teams to foster sustainable growth. **Requirements** * Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related field. * Solid experience (4–6+ years) in growth, data, or performance marketing. * Proficiency in funnel metrics and analytics tools (GA4, BI, basic SQL). * Proven experience with experimentation and optimization. * Analytical, data-driven profile with high autonomy. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in technology companies or startups. * Certifications in Growth, Analytics, or BI. * Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation.
