




Will coordinate and structure FP&A-related activities, including data analysis and information monitoring, to support management decision-making and identify opportunities for Bamaq Group’s operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the collection, organization, analysis, and sharing of information to support management. * Ensure the reliability of data used in analyses and decision-making. * Coordinate data requirement gathering, analysis, and validation testing. * Develop and maintain management tools and reports. * Design, review, and monitor data models, ensuring quality, integrity, and maintenance of related systems. * Monitor departmental operational processes, ensuring information quality and consistency. * Lead budgeting and forecasting processes according to schedule. * Capture business insights and translate them into accurate projections. * Track performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose preventive and corrective actions. * Support Management in FP&A strategic projects and initiatives. * Support decision-making with structured analyses. * Assign tasks based on urgency and complexity, ensuring agility and quality. * Ensure quality, confidentiality, and performance of deliverables under responsibility. * Implement improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and maximize results. * Promote team motivation, qualification, training, and evaluation. * Participate in hiring, termination, attendance, and promotion processes. * Ensure team participation in safety, health, environmental, and social responsibility initiatives. * Support internal and external audits by providing documents and information. * Foster a positive work environment by monitoring surveys and implementing improvement actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization or master’s degree in Finance, Controllership, Strategy, or related areas. * Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A, including leading, coordinating, or managing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. * Solid experience in financial modeling, KPI analysis, information consolidation, and executive-level support. * Experience leading continuous improvement projects, process efficiency initiatives, and implementation of financial performance tools. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools. * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar). * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Oracle, or equivalents). * Ability to build dashboards, management reports, and structured databases. * Knowledge of SQL or data manipulation tools (desirable). * Strong analytical ability and strategic vision. * Sense of urgency and results orientation. * Organizational skills, precision, and attention to information quality. * Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights. * Resilience to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Leadership ability, team management skills, and capacity to collaborate across internal departments. * Proactivity in problem-solving and identifying improvement opportunities. **Additional Information** We are a group originating from Minas Gerais, representing major global brands across Brazil.
