




Description: We are seeking a candidate with: * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data analysis and modeling; * Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI; * Knowledge of Snowflake; * Proficiency in SQL for manipulating and extracting data from large databases; * Vertex AI Notebooks: To develop our own Python scripts and consume the API; * Knowledge of statistical techniques and predictive models (regression, cluster analysis, decision trees, etc.); * Knowledge of financial management for forecasting and performance tracking; * Statistical analysis for forecasting, segmentation, optimization, and other applications. Work Location: Belo Horizonte/MG (Hybrid work); Your key responsibilities will include: * Exploring and integrating AI and automation technologies to optimize legal/financial processes and deepen analytical insights; * Developing and implementing performance management strategies to support business and legal objectives; * Leading the Data Team, defining priorities, methodologies, and work standards; * Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources (Legal System and corporate databases); * Building automated dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics—such as financial results, legal performance, and operational efficiency; * Conducting predictive analyses to anticipate trends and risks, such as the likelihood of new lawsuits or the impact of judicial proceedings; * Collaborating with business leaders and departments to understand their needs and deliver tailored insights; * Presenting analytical findings clearly and concisely to influence strategic decision-making across the organization; * Generating forecasts of outcomes and expenses related to litigation and institutional products; * Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance within the Legal domain; * Staying current with the latest trends and best practices in legal analytics and data science. 2512140202201853008
