We are seeking an Accounts Receivable and Credit Recovery Specialist with an analytical, strategic, and highly organized profile to directly manage and recover accounts receivable, contributing to the company’s financial health. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct client negotiations autonomously; * Interact with strategic departments and provide direct support to leadership; * Manage the accounts receivable portfolio; * Execute collections and strategic negotiations with corporate clients (PJ); * Perform financial reconciliations and validations; * Prepare management reports and present key performance indicators; * Identify opportunities for improvement in collection and delinquency processes; * Collaborate with Legal, Credit, and Operations teams on preventive and corrective actions; * Lead agreements and renegotiations, ensuring proper formalization. **Requirements:** · Prior experience in corporate credit risk or PJ collections. · Analytical profile and ability to interpret data to propose solutions. · Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with executive management and clients. · Advanced proficiency in Excel. · Familiarity with credit instruments (e.g., CCB, invoice duplicate, assignment agreements, etc.). · Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Business Process Management, or related fields. · Experience in complex negotiations and financial analysis. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in structured credit; * Experience in complex negotiations and financial indicators. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance and/or fuel assistance (to be confirmed); * Basic food basket delivered to home; * Attendance bonus (3.5% of salary); * Performance bonus (R$110.00/month); * Health insurance (co-payment plan); * SESI Club – Betim membership; * Pharmacy network and partner optical store discounts; * Vacation return bonus (per collective bargaining agreement) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3,000.00 – R$6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel assistance * Basic food basket * Partner networks and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Experience: * Corporate collections (Mandatory)
