**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Ensure daily achievement of established sales targets and operational performance goals.
* Ensure daily quality in store operational processes by aligning and updating procedures with the entire team.
* Maintain daily store organization and appearance in accordance with the standard layout process, ensuring team members uphold the same level of commitment.
* Control and manage inventory activities and cash handling (inflows and outflows) jointly with the sales assistant.
* Identify improved sales opportunities through market research.
* Periodically and as needed, carry out administrative and HR-related tasks such as job openings, vacation scheduling, time tracking, medical certificates, warnings, contract terminations, among others.
* Lead and evaluate the store team daily, ensuring engagement with standardized work processes.
* Develop the team through performance evaluations and frequent feedback.
* Conduct periodic and as-needed training sessions—including operational, administrative, and sales campaign training—for the store team.
* Ensure high-quality execution of all responsibilities by seeking training opportunities and personal and professional development. Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of the brand’s products and services, as well as team management expertise, to better oversee both processes and people.
* Receive daily customer feedback regarding service quality, product quality, and overall experience. Manage customer satisfaction metrics.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Knowledge of Sales Techniques, Leadership, and Team Management;
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Digital skills: ability to operate computers, smartphones, tablets, and other digital devices;
* Prior experience in Retail or Telecommunications management.
**Desirable qualifications include:**
* **Sales team management experience:** ability to engage team members, monitor results, provide feedback, and develop individuals;
* **Experience with store administrative routines:** inventory, cash handling, HR processes, and KPI monitoring;
* **Strategic vision and results orientation:** ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and translate metrics into actionable growth plans.
