Employee support regarding payroll and benefits **JOB OPENING FOR HR ADMINISTRATION ANALYST** **Location:** Novo Riacho, Contagem \- MG **Responsibilities:** * Hiring/termination; * Coordination with clinics for scheduling pre-employment and exit medical examinations; * Timekeeping, meal allowance, transportation allowance, and employee productivity recording; * Coordination with Accounting; * Payroll calculation verification; * Payslip issuance; * Employee coordination regarding payroll and benefits clarification; * Interaction with other company departments. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Experience in HR Administration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); * Familiarity with payroll systems and related tools. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM\. **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Meal allowance (R$ 21,17\).
