Job Description We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to join our construction team in Uberlândia (Onça Interceptor Project) Note: Candidate must reside in Uberlândia or a nearby city. Requirements: * Completed high school education is mandatory \- Technical course in Occupational Safety with registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E.) – mandatory. * Proven prior experience with risk analysis skills and knowledge of applying NR regulations. * Knowledge of administrative processes relevant to the role – report preparation, CAT issuance, etc. Technical Knowledge: * Legislation and Standards: familiarity with legislation and standards applicable to the field of practice. * Knowledge of accident prevention practices. * Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word): used for spreadsheet creation, report writing, and process control. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency is preferred. Interpersonal Skills: * Ability to organize and plan effectively. * Strong communication skills to interact with field teams, engineers, suppliers, and clients. * Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. * Teamwork and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Other Requirements: * Employment type: Direct hire (CLT). * Class B driver's license is mandatory, along with practical driving experience.
