Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Plan and fulfill daily demand generated by *Supply Planning* analyses, ensuring that shipment and receipt requests for finished goods are met within the plan, while guiding and monitoring team execution. Distribute merchandising materials to ensure retail points receive all necessary promotional materials for product visibility to consumers. Consolidate and report departmental management information on a monthly basis. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety policies, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies. **Your Impact** * Enter all third-party or inter-unit transferred trailers into the SAP system; * Maintain spreadsheets for existing controls related to receipt, shipment of finished goods, and warehouse maintenance; * Analyze existing return requests—including batch identification, material code, reason for return, and quantity; * Address return irregularities, control and reconcile materials with quality issues jointly with transportation and branches; perform case-by-case analysis and assign appropriate actions in SAP, ICT/ICE forms, and populate discrepancy and damage spreadsheets; * Issue daily stock reports, warehouse occupancy status, and materials awaiting quality release; * Open and track product traceability upon request from the factory or external distribution center—from origin through distribution centers and customers—considered high priority; * Support safety and quality audits, as well as resolution of identified findings; * Comply with Good Warehousing Practices and Food Safety requirements defined in the SGSA, and apply policies at your workplace; * Comply with Environmental Sustainability, Health & Safety, and Code of Conduct standards; * Support coverage during assistants’ vacations; * Support and contribute to MIP audit processes; * Ensure services are performed only by suppliers registered in PepsiCo systems; verify documentation according to SASS requirements for personnel providing services at locations; * Assist responsible assistants in reconciliation efforts through initiatives to improve results and productivity; * Conduct monthly inventory; * Execute disposal of unsuitable items per Company P&P; * Assist with inventory variances: monitor weekly/monthly inventory results, ensuring full adherence to Company procedures; * Timekeeping administration; * Team training.
