The operations team believes great results begin with strong communication—and that a robust commercial process is built by prepared, organized, and committed people. **Responsibilities** * Structure and organize the use of ClickUp as the central tool for AI Content operations * Convert meeting minutes and weekly plans into clear tasks, with assigned owners and defined deadlines * Manage sprints and ensure the team’s delivery cadence * Monitor cross-departmental task progress (sales, marketing, operations, and product) * Ensure visibility and organization of team priorities * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to internal processes * Support the implementation of agile methodologies into daily operations * Assist leadership in the strategic organization and execution of AI Content-related projects Requirements: * Experience as a Project Manager in the digital market or infoproducts * Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp and similar) * Practical experience managing sprints and applying agile methodologies * Experience working with remote teams * Strong organizational skills, sense of priority, and delivery focus * Good communication skills and ability to align across different departments **Differentiators** * Prior experience structuring operations from scratch or during growth phases * Interest in or familiarity with AI-based solutions
