Job Summary: We are seeking an IT intern for technical support, focusing on preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, software installation and configuration, and procedure documentation, within a challenging and dynamic environment. Participation in training sessions and projects We are looking for an intern to work in the IT area, focusing on technical support, telephone assistance, branch support, and other related activities. The intern will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in a challenging and dynamic environment. Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance; Assist in data documentation and organization; Participate in training sessions and projects; Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote); Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment (assembly and disassembly of machines); Install, configure, and update software and operating systems; Ensure information security and perform periodic backups; Document technical procedures and update incident records. Requirements: Technical education in Information Technology; Basic/intermediate knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and office suites (Office 365, Google Workspace); Strong communication skills and ability to support internal customers; Organizational skills and attention to detail.
