**Job Details** -------------------- **Key challenges of the role and department:** The candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and full operational functionality of the entire facility—including technical areas, administrative areas, customer service areas, collection areas, staff kitchen, customer snack area, and external areas—according to established procedures. **Main responsibilities:** Clean all areas of the facility as needed, using appropriate cleaning products and materials; Collect and dispose of waste using designated tools, such as proper trash bags, in compliance with waste management protocols, applicable legislation, and internal regulations; Prepare the customer coffee area by supplying necessary items, including coffee, snacks, and disposable supplies, etc.; Perform terminal cleaning during special shifts when required, utilizing specialized equipment, advanced cleaning products, and comprehensive space organization; Carry out duties according to established workflows for uniform and item hygiene; Monitor inventory levels and recommend purchases of materials relevant to this role; Serve as a substitute for General Services personnel across any company location or unit, covering vacations, absences, or leaves; **We are looking for someone who has:** Completed Elementary Education (Official documentation of completion—e.g., declaration/certificate/transcript is required) Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work across different units; Prior experience in clinical/hospital cleaning is desirable; **About the position:** Work Format: On-site Work Location: Hermes Pardini – Operational Support – Units (Positions available at all our stores in Belo Horizonte).
