Job Summary: We are seeking an end-to-end Inside Sales Consultant for the automotive sector, focused on lead handling and closing consultative sales. Key Highlights: 1. Communicative, agile, organized profile with a strong focus on conversion. **Position: Sales Consultant – End-to-End Inside Sales \| Automotive Sector \| Hybrid** We are looking for an end-to-end Sales Consultant with a strong focus on initial customer contact and full management of the commercial process. This role is dedicated to vehicle sales under the inside sales model. We seek a communicative, agile, organized, and conversion-focused professional capable of handling leads, understanding customer needs, presenting proposals, and guiding clients through to closing. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct initial lead contact (inbound and outbound) * Qualify sales opportunities * Understand customer profile and needs * Present vehicles, plans, and commercial terms * Lead negotiations and overcome objections * Accompany the customer throughout the entire sales funnel * Perform active follow-ups * Record information in the CRM * Achieve conversion and sales volume targets **Requirements:** * Experience in internal sales (inside sales) * Experience in consultative sales * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactive, goal-oriented profile * Organizational skills and discipline in follow-up * Preferred: Experience in automotive sales **Compensation Model:** * Fixed salary: R$ 2\.000,00 * Commission: R$ 100,00 per vehicle sold * Enhanced commission: R$ 200,00 per vehicle sold under 36- or 48-month contracts * Bonus: R$ 500,00 upon selling 5 vehicles in a month **Work Format:** * Hybrid model (partially on-site, partially remote) * Belo Horizonte - MG * Monday to Friday, business hours **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * High commercial energy * Results-driven * Active listening * Fast response time * Commitment to targets Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
