Description

Job Summary: Sales support, customer service, stock replenishment, store organization and decoration, and assistance with daily operations and security. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with opening/closing operations and security Provide support in selling company products and services, assisting with store opening and closing according to security guidelines. Greet customers, present and offer products, clarify inquiries, and complete sales registration in the PDV system. Replenish stock in the sales area, maintaining store organization and creative displays. * Support product and service sales in accordance with commercial procedures and strategies; * Greet customers in-store or assist them via telephone or other interactive communication channels, analyze their needs, demonstrate products, convey technical information and solutions, and support closing the sale; * Register sales in the PDV system to finalize transactions and issue fiscal receipts; * Replenish products in the sales area, evaluating optimal display locations, shelf layouts, visually appealing presentation, and other measures to better showcase products; * Address customer technical issues by directing them to appropriate support channels for inquiry resolution and guidance on required procedures. * Support receiving goods at the store, inspecting packaging conditions, verifying invoices, and arranging items in inventory; * Creatively decorate the store using internal equipment and resources, displaying items attractively and harmoniously per Management guidelines; * Maintain store organization and cleanliness to provide a pleasant environment for customers; * Assist with store opening and/or closing, following defined procedures and activating security mechanisms; * Perform other related duties.
