* Regularly visit construction sites to verify delivered materials and monitor consumption of supplies; Place purchase orders according to site requirements and project schedules; Register and track purchase orders in the system; Maintain physical and system-based inventory control, ensuring alignment among requested, delivered, and utilized items; Support the Procurement and Engineering departments in monitoring suppliers, delivery timelines, and shipments; Ensure warehouse organization, standardization of records, and adherence to internal processes. * Prior experience in warehouse management, construction sites, or construction material logistics; Solid understanding of inventory control, purchase orders, and invoices; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as interaction with engineers, foremen, and the procurement team is required; Flexibility to conduct site visits across multiple projects with varying demand profiles. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
