Job Summary: Efficiently manage and control fleet toll costs, ensuring compliance, expense reduction, and appropriate financial provisioning, as well as preparing reports and supporting route optimization. Preparation of managerial reports and support for route optimization Job Mission Ensure effective control, verification, and management of toll costs for both company-owned and third-party fleets, guaranteeing contractual compliance, expense reduction, and accurate financial provisioning. Main Responsibilities * Manage and control toll costs for company-owned and affiliated/third-party fleets. * Verify toll operator invoices (Sem Parar, ConectCar, Veloe, etc.). * Identify billing discrepancies and request adjustments or refunds. * Monitor tag usage per vehicle, driver, or third party. * Control device balances, recharges, blocking, and unblocking. * Track and verify toll payments made by third parties, validating amounts for reimbursement or freight settlement deductions. * Ensure compliance with mandatory Toll Voucher legislation, including in third-party contracts. * Prepare managerial cost reports by vehicle, route, customer, third party, or cost center. * Support definition of more economical routes to reduce expenses. * Interface with the finance department regarding provisions, payments, and discount/refund controls.
