Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring operational safety and regulatory compliance in warehouses, docks, and dispatch areas, focusing on risk prevention and accident investigation. Conduct safety rounds in warehouses, docks, and dispatch areas. Inspect conditions of forklifts, pallet jacks, stacker trucks, and other equipment (NR\-11 and NR\-12\). Ensure compliance with internal traffic and safety signage regulations. Assess safety conditions during loading, cargo securing, and cargo verification operations. Train drivers on defensive driving, traffic legislation, fatigue management, and safe working hours. Inspect access conditions to loading and unloading points. Inspect vehicle safety items: tires, tie-down straps, wheel chocks, fire extinguishers, lighting, and braking systems. Participate in inspections and preventive maintenance procedures. Collaborate with fleet managers and operational managers to monitor risks such as vehicle rollovers, thefts, road accidents, and other risks. Ensure correct use of PPE (gloves, ear protectors, footwear, vests, belts, helmets, etc.). Conduct training sessions, delivery controls, and compliance monitoring. Identify and assess operation-specific logistics risks, such as: forklift run-over incidents; fall-from-height incidents on trucks and platforms; accidents caused by improperly palletized cargo; dock collisions; ergonomic risks associated with manual cargo handling. Update mandatory documentation. Investigate accidents and issue technical reports. Issue CAT (Work Accident Communication) when applicable. Identify preventive and corrective measures. Requirements:* Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Proficiency in NRs: NR\-01, NR\-06, NR\-07, NR\-11, NR\-12, NR\-17, NR\-20, NR\-23, NR\-26, NR\-35, as applicable to logistics; * Experience in Distribution Centers, logistics operators, or freight carriers.
