Focus on efficiency and on-time performance We are seeking a **Load Planner** to handle the planning, organization, and monitoring of transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, on-time performance, and optimal utilization of available resources. Working hours: Mon. to Sat., 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM **Responsibilities:** * Plan and sequence loads according to routes, deadlines, and vehicle availability; * Allocate vehicles and drivers based on cargo type and operational demand; * Monitor pickups, deliveries, and trip performance; * Adjust schedules in response to operational contingencies; * Maintain communication with drivers, operations, and internal departments; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and operational KPIs; * Input and update transportation systems and control spreadsheets; * Plan and distribute loads according to demand, operational capacity, and pickup/delivery time windows; * Strategically and efficiently allocate owned, affiliated, or third-party vehicles; * Maintain constant communication with drivers, affiliates, and third parties; * Identify opportunities for improvement in route planning and scheduling; * Report operational incidents and support problem resolution; * Optimize resource utilization, including affiliates and third parties. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Prior experience in load planning, transportation, or logistics; * Knowledge of routes, vehicle types, and transportation operations; * Basic computer proficiency (Excel and systems such as SSW); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of priority; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in road freight transportation; * Familiarity with SSW; * Experience in high-volume logistics. **Benefits:** Meal voucher R$ 30.00/day; Unimed Unipart Health Plan; Food Basket; Fuel Allowance or Transportation Voucher; Life Insurance; Day Off; Total Pass.
