Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for driving vehicles for deliveries and pickups, performing external services, and ensuring vehicle maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for vehicle inspection and maintenance * Drive vehicles to deliver and pick up products, materials, documents, correspondence, and other items at locations pre-determined by the company. * Perform external services at banks, notary offices, accounting firms, and other locations as directed by management. * Observe and comply with daily service schedules established by management. * Adhere to traffic laws and assume responsibility for traffic violations and/or accidents. * Inspect the vehicle, checking tire pressure, fuel level, oil, coolant, and arranging or requesting appropriate maintenance from management to ensure optimal vehicle operation. * Monitor deadlines for oil changes, inspections, and other periodic maintenance tasks. * Maintain the vehicle under their responsibility in good working condition. * Fill fuel cans used in motorcycle assembly. * Visit the partner fuel station weekly to collect fuel vouchers and forward them to Finance for payment processing. * Provide assistance and perform other related professional duties as instructed or requested by the immediate supervisor.
