We seek a responsible and committed **Delivery Motorcycle Rider**, whose mission is to deliver our products to customers promptly, courteously, and attentively. The ideal candidate will serve as the professional face of our company, ensuring full customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Deliver pet shop products within Belo Horizonte and the Metropolitan Region (using company-provided vehicle); * Verify the quantity of products to be delivered and ensure they are in good condition; * Plan delivery routes to optimize time and delivery efficiency; * Maintain contact with customers to confirm delivery times and ensure their satisfaction; * Collect payments for delivered products and ensure correct receipt of payment; * Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition; * Keep accurate records of deliveries made and payments received; * Perform other related duties. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education. * Class A driver's license (CNH A). * Experience as a motorcycle delivery rider. * Basic math knowledge. * Experience handling credit/debit card payment machines. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with cargo boxes (baú). * Experience handling heavy loads. * Experience as a motorcycle delivery rider in a pet shop. **SOFT SKILLS** * Teamwork; * Emotional and social intelligence; * Productivity; * Autonomy; * Collaboration; * Commitment; * Agility; * Ability to handle unexpected situations; * Sense of urgency and organization; * Proactivity; * Responsibility. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday: 1:48 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Availability to work on alternate Sundays is required * Weekdays and weekends **COMPENSATION** * R$ 1\.770,30 (per month) **BENEFITS** * 30% hazard pay. * Company-provided vehicle. * Medical assistance. * Fuel allowance. * Life insurance. * Transportation voucher. * Performance targets. * Attendance bonus. * 100% overtime pay. * Career development plan. **If you are a dedicated professional, enthusiastic about challenges, and committed to expanding your career opportunities with excellence, do not hesitate to join our team!
