Support internal customer relationship management; Assist with the file interface between the JSL system and the customer system for cargo dispatch; Support preparation of separation guides for the Ice Cream production line; Assist in product verification via the system; Support driver release and issuance of their outbound guides; Support receipt and control of return invoices; Assist in generating and issuing delivery manifests for return verification; Support cross-checking warehouse verification records against invoices; Support preparation of reports for picking replenishment; Assist in completing KPIs and general spreadsheets; Support FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory control; Support report generation; Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System standards (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Social Responsibility). Contribute to the company’s socio-environmental performance by collaborating and actively participating in environmental and occupational safety matters. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide service to drivers; * Verify orders and invoices for fuel supply/finished products; * Process billing for transfers and/or break-bulk shipments; * Support invoice issuance; * Comply with company policies and procedures.
