Partnering with global leaders in hoses, belts, fittings, and hydraulic components, Hidrau positions itself as one of the country’s largest distributors in its field, serving enterprises of all sizes. **Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:** Receiving goods, storage, inventory control, order picking and preparation, packaging and labeling, transportation and distribution, inventory audits, supplier management, team support, and KPI monitoring. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** Filing completed/sales-invoiced orders; verifying sales order information; requesting corrections when necessary; providing counter customer service (e.g., connecting customers with sales representatives); dispatching counter/transporter orders; scheduling transporter pickups via phone/system; filing outgoing invoices (NF); organizing documents for archival; sorting orders by billing date to execute sales orders; assisting the logistics coordinator; tracking fleet management and maintenance activities. **What is required for this position?** * High school diploma (completed) **What is the work schedule?** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. **Location:** Opportunity for residents of Belo Horizonte/MG or Contagem/MG
