Job Description **Job Description**: Perform kitchen support activities, assisting in food pre-preparation and preparation according to required food safety standards and brand-specific culinary style, to satisfactorily meet customer needs. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, including washing, sanitizing, cutting, and organizing ingredients. * Support pastry production (desserts, cakes, etc.) when required. * Check food expiration dates and proper storage conditions. * Assist in buffet setup and replenishment, coffee breaks, and staff meals, maintaining presentation standards. * Support area control and participate in team briefings. * Maintain personal hygiene, food hygiene, utensil cleanliness, and kitchen environment hygiene in accordance with food safety standards. * Represent brand values and contribute to guest experience personalization by sharing information with the front desk team. * Implement sustainable practices related to selective waste collection and conscious use of water and energy. * Perform other related tasks; in the case of Combo/Tri Combo hotels, perform duties across all involved hotels.
