Job Summary: The professional will inspect and control goods, assist in loading and unloading trucks, and accompany drivers during delivery and pickup services. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in transportation and distribution logistics **We are seeking professionals to join our team who will perform the following activities:** * Inspect collected and dispatched goods against the respective invoice (NF) and waybill, identifying weight, quantity of packages, nature of goods, and consignee addresses. * Control truck loading and unloading at the warehouse. Assist in loading and unloading goods from transfer trucks arriving or departing on trips, as well as from pickup trucks, always with agility and care. * Accompany drivers during customer service, performing unloading, loading, and goods inspection both on the truck and at the customer’s terminal. * Handle and move goods received at the Panex terminal, whether delivered by customers or arriving from another company unit. * Inspect and identify cargo upon receipt or loading; in cases of shortage or damage, automatically complete the ANC (Non-Conformance Notice), forwarding any shortages, overages, or damages along with the ANC to the supervisor. * Instruct helpers and warehouse staff regarding proper placement of cargo in the warehouse, as well as its handling and movement. Verify documentation required for transportation. * Seal the truck and inform the seal number to data entry clerks. * Inspect cargo during transfer loading, transfer unloading, and delivery loading using a barcode scanner. * Pack cargo according to the respective routes indicated on Panex labels. * Verify that all packages are labeled with the Panex label. * Substitute for the forklift operator when necessary. * Finalize unloading operations together with the operational supervisor, generating the Loading/Unloading Report and reporting discrepancies. **We seek professionals who have:** High school diploma preferred Valid forklift operator certification (mandatory) Relevant work experience Experience in a freight forwarding company is considered an advantage.
