Job Summary: Driver responsible for operating vehicles, performing cargo pickups and deliveries, and ensuring vehicle maintenance and compliance with traffic and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive vehicles for cargo pickup and delivery 2. Ensure vehicle maintenance and compliance 3. Work ethically and safely, representing the company * Operate vehicles during maneuvers, cargo pickups, and deliveries of dry or bulk cargo; * Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition, using specialized equipment and devices such as audible and visual signaling systems, tracking software, etc.; * Comply with the Brazilian Traffic Code and legislation governing the transportation of hazardous materials; * Work in accordance with safety standards, proper conduct, ethics, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection; * Perform pickups and deliveries, being fully responsible for the entire loading and unloading process, preservation of goods under their responsibility, and coordination of assistants accompanying them to support unloading or loading; * Submit the vehicle under their responsibility to all scheduled preventive inspections and maintenance, as well as traffic fines; * Collect properly completed delivery receipts in accordance with internal procedures; * Maintain continuous contact with the monitoring / traffic department; * Refrain from using drugs and alcohol, and submit to tests conducted by the company and authorities; * Carefully read the driver’s manual and adhere to established rules; * Represent the company before customers; * Immediately report any irregularities encountered to their supervisor; * Perform any other tasks at the discretion of their immediate supervisor. * Use daily apps.
