Job Summary: Plan, organize, and control the distribution of pickup and delivery routes, optimizing transportation and contributing to meeting deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the manager in developing and implementing plans **Summary:** Plan, organize, and control the distribution process of pickup and delivery routes and other activities related to the operations of the Belo Horizonte Distribution Center, aiming to optimize transportation safely and contribute to meeting agreed-upon deadlines. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Analyze daily pickups and deliveries based on information from reports and physical documents. 2\. Assist in tracking estimated arrival times of transfer vehicles. 3\. Plan pickup and delivery routing. 4\. Execute routing for special pickups (e.g., weight, volume, etc.) arising throughout the day. 5\. Inform the team of the routing plan to be executed. 6\. Interact with drivers, when necessary, to adjust routes or schedule services. 7\. Negotiate freight rates with partner drivers. 8\. Monitor pickup and delivery routines and communicate them to the team for distribution to drivers. 9\. Analyze delivery deadlines and assign appropriate priorities (e.g., chemical products, hardware, load capacity, weight, dimensions, etc.). 10\. Analyze urgent pickups and deliveries and take necessary actions. 11\. Select and separate pending and completed documents with restrictions (pickup and CT-e), and inform the team for analysis and appropriate handling. 12\. Inform the Operations Supervisor which goods must be loaded onto vehicles serving next-day demands. 13\. Assist the manager and supervisors by providing information regarding requests, priorities, and volume (weight) to be transferred that day, enabling logistical transfer planning. 14\. Assist the manager, supervisors, shipping department, and logistics team by signaling actions related to logistical planning. 15\. Support the immediate supervisor in processes inherent to their role, leveraging experience for self-development. 16\.
