Job Summary: The professional will approach customers, inspect and store goods, assist the driver, and maintain workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Direct interaction with customers for goods pickup and delivery. 2. Responsibility for checking and organizing tax documentation. 3. Essential support to the driver and workplace organization. **Job Purpose** Approach customers for goods pickup and delivery, receive and verify tax documents, and load cargo onto the truck. **Requirements** Education: Completed elementary school Skills: Productivity capacity, organization, interpersonal skills, agility, attention, and understanding of tasks **Desired Competencies** Completed high school, residence near Califórnia neighborhood, and easy access. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load vehicles for goods delivery; * Approach customers politely and professionally, correctly identifying oneself and announcing the service; * Inspect goods and pickup/delivery documentation; * Request receipt and documentation for delivered and/or collected goods; * Assist by answering the driver’s mobile phone for general information; * Maintain the internal work environment organized and clean; * Update the driver on the itinerary whenever receiving calls for new services; * Label goods according to the tax document at the time of pickup; * Contact the company in case of doubts or non-conformities; * Assist the driver with street maneuvers; * Perform arrangement, securing, and tarping; * Provide internal and external support as required by the company; * Participate in training and refresher courses determined by the company; * Actively participate in total quality management processes. **Salary and Benefits** Competitive salary, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, co-payment health plan, dental plan, profit-sharing program, partnerships with universities (Anhanguera and Anima), attendance bonus. ***We believe in Inclusion!
