




Job Summary: Mello Transportes is seeking an Administrative Analyst for the Billing Department, focused on issuing transportation documents, controlling deliveries, and settling accounts with drivers. Inclusive positions for persons with disabilities (PcD) and INSS-rehabilitated individuals Mello Transportes currently has an opening for an Administrative Analyst in the Billing Department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issuance of documents related to cargo transportation (CT\-e, Waybill, CIOT, Manifest, and NFS\-e); * Issuance of complementary CT\-e; * Control and organization of delivery confirmation processes (management of physical and/or digital delivery receipts); * Driver settlements, including verification of documentation such as invoices, pallets, unloading confirmations, toll receipts, and daily allowances. **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12x36\) **Requirements:** * Experience in transportation or logistics operations; * Knowledge of transportation document issuance (CT\-e, Manifest, CIOT); * Experience with driver settlements and verification of travel documentation; * Knowledge of delivery confirmation receipt control (delivery receipts); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
