**Position: Training Analyst** **Main responsibilities:** * Identify training needs in collaboration with company departments; * Plan, develop, and deliver technical and behavioral training; * Develop instructional materials and training content; * Support onboarding of new employees; * Evaluate training effectiveness (metrics, feedback, and outcomes); * Support leaders in team development; * Organize training schedules and logistics; * Promote continuous development initiatives and organizational culture. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields); * Experience in training and development is a plus; * Strong communication skills, teaching ability, and comfort speaking in public; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with learning management systems (LMS); * Knowledge of training and development (T&D) methodologies.
