We’re seeking a **Tech Manager** to help us fulfill this mission.
**Your key responsibilities will include:**
* Lead and develop engineering squads, fostering an environment of high collaboration, autonomy, and accountability.
* Perform both technical and people management, supporting Tech Leads and engineers in their professional growth and solution evolution.
* Ensure technical quality and architectural sustainability, supporting design decisions and technological evolution.
* Monitor engineering metrics such as lead time, throughput, quality, reliability, and flow efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other teams to ensure alignment between strategy, priorities, and execution.
* Support teams in removing impediments and continuously improving development processes.
* Contribute to evolving engineering practices, including observability, reliability, testing, and architecture best practices.
* Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Support defining and tracking strategic objectives and expected outcomes for teams.
**For this position, we expect you to have:**
* Prior experience leading software engineering teams.
* Strong technical foundation in software development and system architecture.
* Experience with Agile methodologies, Lean, and workflow management.
* Knowledge of engineering metrics (DORA, Flow Metrics, etc.).
* Ability to develop people, deliver feedback, and support development plans.
* Experience working with digital products in high-scale or high-growth environments.
* Strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills between technical and business areas.
* Experience with data-driven decision-making and engineering metrics.
* Ability to balance strategic vision and execution.
**Nice-to-have qualifications include:**
* Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
* Experience in multi-squad or scaled engineering organizations.
* Experience with DevOps, SRE, or observability practices.
* Experience building SaaS products.
* Experience in architecture evolution or system modernization.
* Experience promoting AI or automation adoption in the development lifecycle.
