More than processes, we seek someone who values people and fosters healthy relationships within the company. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the HR team and related activities; * Develop and implement HR strategies; * Promote leadership development plans; * Design training and development programs aligned with company and employee needs; * Implement engagement and communication practices to improve organizational climate; * Conduct climate surveys to measure employee satisfaction; * Carry out exit interviews and analyze results; * Coordinate and participate in organizing company social events; * Establish performance evaluation parameters and tools for employees, and analyze results to drive improvement actions \- IDP (Individual Development Plan) * Monitor and validate personnel movements within the company; * Lead meetings, lectures, and training sessions; * Advise executive management and managers in decision-making; * Manage the Solides platform \- implementation, development, and results analysis. **Note:** Contract position (PJ)
