Job Summary:
An HR professional to lead high-volume recruitment and selection, manage people processes, and support the implementation of well-being and organizational climate guidelines.
Key Highlights:
1. Lead end-to-end high-volume recruitment and selection (both operational and strategic)
2. Act as a strategic partner to managers
3. Support initiatives promoting employee well-being, organizational climate, and illness prevention
* Lead end-to-end high-volume Recruitment \& Selection, covering both operational and strategic positions.
* Promote job opportunities and attract candidates aligned with defined profiles.
* Conduct weekly GMR meetings with managers for profile alignment and recalibration.
* Conduct individual interviews, group interviews, and group dynamics.
* Administer and evaluate psychological tests and assessments, including technical analysis and issuance of evaluation reports.
* Ensure smooth progression of selection processes, meeting deadlines, quality standards, and hiring SLAs.
* Act as a partner to managers, advising on process stages, timelines, and status updates.
* Provide feedback to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Support onboarding activities (document collection, system registration, and coordination with Payroll).
* Monitor employees during their probationary period and conduct exit interviews.
* Support HR metrics analysis (turnover, absenteeism, hiring quality, SLA).
* Act as a mediator in internal conflict situations.
* Support training, onboarding, internal marketing, and engagement initiatives.
* Support implementation and maintenance of NR\-1 guidelines concerning psychosocial risks.
* Conduct psychosocial risk mapping in collaboration with internal departments.
* Propose, monitor, and ensure execution of action plans aimed at mitigating risks.
* Contribute to initiatives promoting well\-being, organizational climate, and illness prevention.
* Comply with internal policies, Integrated Management System (SGI), safety regulations, and Code of Ethics
.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology
* Proven experience in end-to-end high-volume Recruitment \& Selection (operational and strategic roles)
* Experience conducting competency-based interviews, group dynamics, and collective selection processes
* Experience administering and analyzing psychological tests/inventories
* Active CRP (Regional Psychology Council) registration
* Knowledge of HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hiring SLA, hiring quality)
* Experience mediating conflicts and implementing engagement/organizational climate initiatives
* Willingness to work onsite in Nova Lima/MG
