




**Responsibilities** * Full management of HR department routines for various clients * Payroll calculation and closing (salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and benefits) * Hiring and termination processes (registration, contracts, severance agreements, and documentation) * Submission and follow-up of ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, among others) * Calculation and issuance of FGTS, INSS, and IRRF payment slips * Client and employee consultation and support regarding labor legislation and HR calculations **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience as an HR Analyst in an accounting firm * Up-to-date knowledge of labor, social security, and eSocial legislation * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Preferred: Experience with the Domínio system Employment type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3.800,00 – R$4.100,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
