




**Main Responsibilities:** * Perform routine personnel department tasks, including hiring, termination, time tracking, hour banking, vacation management, and 13th salary processing; * Prepare and verify payroll and pro-labore statements, including calculations of social charges and statutory deductions; * Process terminations, manage employee benefits, and fulfill labor obligations (INSS, FGTS, e-Social, etc.); * Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, union conventions, labor regulations, and internal policies; * Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation; * Provide support to employees on personnel department-related matters, including salary inquiries, benefits, absences, etc.; * Support cost control and personnel department performance metrics, monthly closing reports, and accruals; * Collaborate with accounting and tax departments to align labor-related information. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience in Personnel Department (full-cycle routines); * Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency in payroll/personnel department systems; * Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and skilled in interpersonal relations; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work under deadlines and handle variable workloads.
