**Responsibilities:**
* Plan each day’s flights.
* Organize aircraft and crew schedules.
* Monitor all ongoing flights.
* Release each flight prior to departure.
* Evaluate weather conditions and airport status.
* Coordinate with all involved departments.
* Support customers and operational users.
* Manage unexpected situations.
* Update and record operational information.
* Verify weight, balance, and fuel load.
* Monitor regulatory requirements and expiration dates.
* Support and guide the operational team.
* Communicate all pending tasks during shift handover.
**Requirements:**
* Familiarity with operational area routines and processes.
* Ability to organize information and follow established procedures.
* Skill in problem solving and making quick decisions.
* Ability to work collaboratively and maintain alignment across departments.
* Capacity to accurately analyze routes, airways, and operational data.
* Familiarity with tools such as ROTAER, NOTAM, ForeFlight, REDEMET, and equivalent platforms.
* Proficiency with administrative and logistics software (including Excel and ERP systems).
* Experience in on-demand operational planning activities.
* Advanced use of digital platforms supporting meteorological and operational functions (ForeFlight, REDEMET, Climatempo, Windy).
* Prior knowledge of flight planning and aircraft management systems.
* Experience in civil aviation or airline sectors.
* Sufficient English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical materials.
* Preferred: Technical education — Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, or higher education in Civil Aviation (in progress).
* Basic experience in airport processes (ramp and auxiliary services).
* Familiarity with flight monitoring and tracking tools.
This position requires on-site work in Belo Horizonte/MG.
