




* Handle the procurement process by researching for lower costs, quality, and payment terms in the local market to restock office supplies and field operation materials; * Academic qualification: High school diploma (minimum) or technical course in administration. A bachelor’s degree in related fields is a plus. * Manage financial control by organizing and categorizing all financial obligations assumed by the company under accounts payable. For example, fixed costs (car washing services, radio rentals, metering control, cleaning services, electricity fees, breakfast supplies, office maintenance materials (stationery and equipment), tools/utensils used in the field, and personal protective equipment), and variable costs (credit purchases of goods and services, taxes, etc.). Using an integrated enterprise management system—Excel—we maintain up-to-date accounts more securely and efficiently. * In addition to aligning with an established financial plan, organizing accounts payable requires attention to due dates to avoid late-payment penalties. This also involves understanding the company’s financial health and its capacity to invest and assume new debts/costs. Thus, sound accounts payable management is essential for fulfilling commitments and avoiding financial losses. * Support the Human Resources/Personnel Department in onboarding processes, including candidate outreach upon job vacancy announcement, collection of required documents for hiring, and scheduling of pre-employment medical examinations. Accompany employees during onboarding by delivering work tools (laptop, mouse, headset), sharing links to equipment receipt forms requiring electronic signatures, and supporting them through mobilization to field assignments. * Monitor medical certificates, precisely verifying validity periods and mandatory information (e.g., CID diagnosis code, physician’s name and signature), while carefully checking the number of leave days and the date the certificate was issued; after verification, register the data in e-Social. * Monitor employee time records, analyzing justified and unjustified absences, tardiness, and overtime hours in the system. * Manage employee vacation scheduling, paying special attention to potential conflicts when team members take leave simultaneously. * Maintain the corporate notice board updated with important company announcements, monthly birthdays, employee highlights, etc. * Collect signed equipment return forms and issue termination statements. Control receipt, exchange, and return of equipment (laptops, mice, headsets, and USB adapters). * Process and schedule medical examinations: pre-employment, biannual, annual, and post-employment. Technical Skills: * Computer literacy: Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity applications. Research Skills: Ability to conduct online and database research to gather relevant information
