**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor daily operational routines at DCs, including receiving, warehousing, picking, internal movement, shipping, and loading.
* Monitor daily shipping volumes, movements, operational backlogs, service priorities, and support identifying operational deviations—such as delays, low productivity, loading failures, inventory discrepancies, shipping bottlenecks, and capacity issues.
* Support monitoring of cyclic and general inventories at DCs, tracking discrepancies, inventory accuracy, adjustments, root causes of variances, and action plans.
* Support standardization of controls, routines, procedures, and best operational practices across Distribution Centers.
* Track incidents related to DC operations, proposing or supporting action plans jointly with involved departments.
* Interface with internal departments to address service deviations, delays, information discrepancies, and operational needs.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Prior experience in transportation and warehousing;
* Advanced Power BI and Excel skills;
* Knowledge of logistics KPIs;
* Analytical capability.
**Desirable Requirements**
* SAP knowledge;
* Innovation mindset aligned with emerging technologies;
* WMS knowledge;
* Reverse logistics knowledge.
