Job Summary: Professional responsible for yard control, monitoring unloading operations, collecting samples, and providing operational support to ensure yard organization and safety. Collection and identification of samples for laboratory analysis **Main Responsibilities:** * Control the flow of trucks and cargo entering, exiting, and maneuvering within the yard. * Monitor unloading operations and carefully verify tickets and transportation documents. * Properly collect and identify ore samples for laboratory analysis. * Complete reports, cargo manifests, and daily operational spreadsheets. * Support loading routines and maintain yard organization and safety. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * **Must reside in Sarzedo or Mário Campos.** * Good physical health and no respiratory restrictions (position involves exposure to iron ore dust). * *Preferred Qualifications:* Technical course in Mining, Logistics, or Environmental Studies; minimum 6 months of experience in this role; valid driver's license (CNH). **Compensation and Incentives:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 1.830,00 (CLT). * **Loading Bonus:** Average of R$ 300,00 per month (paid after the first 90 days). * **Incentives:** Vacation Return Bonus (R$ 690,00) + Birthday Day Off. **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the workplace. * Company-provided shuttle for commuting. * Medical Assistance + Life Insurance. **Working Hours and Shift Schedule:** * **12x36 shift schedule**, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (availability for both day and night shifts).
