On-site monitoring of cleaning services and implementation of new contracts ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for a pre\-established client portfolio; Supervise contracts within your region to optimize services provided by the company; Support operational staff by addressing their needs (e.g., questions, uniforms, payroll, time cards, etc.); Cover operational staff absences as required and based on priority; Control operational costs related to contracts under your responsibility (hiring, dismissals, and transfers) within established deadlines; Perform monthly closing of incidents in your region (overtime, absences, substitutions, leaves, hiring, dismissals, transfers — i.e., all information relevant to payroll processing); Conduct on-site monitoring of cleaning services; Implement new contracts in your region of operation together with regional management oversight; Perform duties inherent to the Supervisory role. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education; Experience supervising services in the healthcare sector; Experience with cleaning machinery, equipment, and products; Service implementation experience; Familiarity with Operational and HR department routines. ### **BENEFITS** Market-competitive salary; Meal allowance; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Company car, notebook, and mobile phone. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
