




Job Description: MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; Proven experience in Personnel Administration; Specialization/postgraduate studies related to the field (HR, Payroll, Labor Legislation, or related areas). PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the hospital sector; Familiarity with the TOTVS RM Labore system; Knowledge of Quality Management principles and routines. * Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including onboarding, offboarding, vacations, personnel movements, and variable events. * Perform verification and validation of labor calculations, statutory contributions, and accruals (13th salary, vacations, FGTS, INSS). * Conduct monthly payroll closing and generate official files (eSocial, DIRF, DCTFWeb). * Monitor and analyze payroll-related benefits, ensuring data consistency and adherence to deadlines. * Track legal obligations and updates to labor and social security legislation, correctly implementing them in the system. * Perform postings, audits, and reconciliations of payroll data with Accounting and Controller departments. * Support employees and managers by providing technical assistance regarding HR processes, internal policies, and legislation. * Ensure compliance of information submitted to eSocial, monitoring responses, pending items, and required adjustments. 2512130202201917364
