Customer service and relationship management **TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Execute technical and operational routines according to established processes, ensuring proper application of internal standards and procedures. Support audits and technical reviews by organizing required information, documents, and evidence. Identify simple inconsistencies in routines and report them to the analyst or technical supervisor. Act in compliance with applicable legislation, internal regulations, and compliance guidelines, under supervision. **SUPPORT FOR QUALITY AND PROCESSES** Assist in reviewing and validating performed activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Follow technical instructions and contribute to standardizing routines. Support the implementation of operational improvements defined by the department. **CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT** Provide service to customers and internal departments for operational clarifications, following received technical instructions. Organize and forward information, documents, and requests within established deadlines. Import, classify, and record revenues and expenses; Perform accounting and financial reconciliations; Control and monitor fixed assets; Monitor customers' financial expenses; Support the accounting integration of Payroll and Fiscal Ledger modules; Support the analyst in accounting closings; Provide basic technical support to customers, always grounded in legal requirements; Support depreciation calculations. **Mandatory Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Knowledge of tax legislation and tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real). Basic understanding of federal, state, and municipal tax calculations. Familiarity with ERP systems and fiscal management tools. Knowledge of SPED Fiscal and EFD Contributions. **Desirable:** Intermediate Excel skills for data manipulation. Courses or certifications in the fiscal area.
