Teamwork and proactivity are highly valued Position: Customer Service Assistant **Location:** On-site – Cidade Jardim Region – Belo Horizonte/MG **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (44 hours per week) Responsibilities: * Customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp * Registering and updating information in the system * Supporting collections of financial assets * Organizing and managing customer service schedules * Performing calculations and entering data into proprietary systems * Assisting with departmental administrative routines Candidate Profile: * **Prior experience in customer service roles** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational ability and attention to detail * Proactivity and dynamism * Ability to work effectively in a team * Aptitude for public-facing service Compensation and Benefits: * **Salary:** R$ 1.729,00 * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 22.50 per day * **Transportation Voucher** * **Life Insurance** **Bonus:** Easy access to the **Cidade Jardim – Belo Horizonte** area.
