




Job Summary: Professional responsible for tax entries, accounts payable control, bank reconciliation, and collection from delinquent customers. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with the Omie system is a relevant advantage. 2. Knowledge of tax classification (CFOP, CST, NCM, CSOSN). **Main Responsibilities** * Entering purchase invoices into Omie (tax classification, CFOP, cost center, XML, and accounts payable generation); * Entering and managing accounts payable; * Generating and reviewing accounts payable reports; * Verifying Purchase Orders in Zoho; * Performing bank and POS reconciliation in Omie; * Reviewing travel expenses (Onfly); * Collecting from delinquent customers. **Requirements** * Experience with the Omie system will be a relevant advantage; * Knowledge of tax classification (CFOP, CST, NCM, CSOSN); **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance (R$ 28.00/day – iFood card); * UNIMED Health Plan (co-payment); * Gympass (Wellhub) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
