Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and charismatic Pastry Assistant to support the production of desserts and sweets while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off \- 2 Sundays off per month \+ Additional day off We are looking for a proactive and charismatic individual to join our pastry team. The ideal candidate maintains good personal hygiene habits and is always willing to learn and help. Responsibilities: * Assist the pastry chef in all tasks required for dessert and sweet production * Keep the kitchen clean and organized * Perform preparation tasks such as cutting fruits, preparing doughs and toppings, among others * Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils and equipment Requirements: * Prior experience in a kitchen or pastry environment is desirable but not mandatory * Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately * Capacity to work in a team and under pressure * Good personal hygiene and cleaning habits * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays If you identify with the above description and are seeking an opportunity to grow professionally in a successful pastry shop, please send us your resume and a brief cover letter.
