Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of residences, including room arrangement, sanitation, and material control, as well as attending to guests' and visitors' needs. Attending shareholders and visitors \*JOB\*: Housekeeper \*SALARY\*: R$3\.600 \*BENEFITS\*: Medical Insurance \+ Dental Insurance \+ Meal Voucher R$30/day \+ Transportation Voucher \+ Life Insurance \*SCHEDULE\*: Rotating Shift \*WORK LOCATION\*: BELVEDERE \- BELO HORIZONTE \*CLT\* \*RESPONSIBILITIES:\* • Clean and organize all residential rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. • Change bed linens and bath towels, make beds, and replenish room accessories. • Perform periodic, deep, and preventive maintenance cleaning. • Vacuum and sanitize carpets, upholstered furniture, mattresses, curtains, and rugs. • Manage clothing care, controlling dispatch and return to laundry services. • Assist with packing and unpacking luggage for guests and shareholders. • Attend to shareholders and visitors according to specific needs and requests. • Conduct minor electrical and mechanical maintenance checks, reporting malfunctions. • Inspect facilities and verify equipment operation and internal consumption. Monitor inventory, expiration dates, and quality of cleaning supplies and materials. • Request maintenance, supplies, and replacements as needed. • Properly wear uniforms and PPE, operating safely and in compliance with regulations. Participate in training and qualification courses when required. \*REQUIREMENTS:\* • Extensive experience in this role • Completed high school education • Residence near the BELVEDERE neighborhood • Basic knowledge of sanitation and disinfection • Ability to handle cleaning products and operate cleaning equipment Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Voucher R$30/day * Medical and dental insurance * Transportation Voucher * Life Insurance
