Maintenance of environmental cleanliness and hygiene Job Description: **Position Summary:** Assist with various tasks related to restaurants and hotels, such as environmental cleaning and maintenance, and food preparation according to technical specifications. Inspect food quality by checking expiration dates and applying proper cooking methods and quality standards in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and hygiene regulations. **Detailed Description:** * Monitor and label refrigerated or frozen foods; * Report any non-conformities regarding supplies to the Head Chef; * Keep the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean according to sanitary surveillance requirements; * Prevent waste and consistently follow hygiene best practices; * Properly wear uniforms, caps, and personal protective equipment (PPE) during working hours; * Control of CMV (Cost of Merchandise Sold); * Food production and plating. **Working Hours:** * 5:00 AM to 1:20 PM (6-day workweek, 1-day rest) * 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM (6-day workweek, 1-day rest) **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (employer covers 50% of the monthly premium for the employee, with co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental assistance (at no cost to the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Compensation:** * Monthly salary of R$ 1.933,83; * Average monthly commission of R$ 320.00; * Potential for additional earnings.
