Follow food hygiene and safety regulations **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre\-preparation and plating. * Sanitize and cut food items according to kitchen team instructions. * Organize ingredients, utensils, and equipment. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Restock supplies and support chefs during service. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (ANVISA). Location: Prado Neighborhood. Salary: BRL 1\.700,00 \+ BRL 300,00 (Attendance bonus) Schedule: 2:20 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
