Job Summary: General Services Assistant for a vocational school, responsible for organization, cleaning, operational support, and event assistance, contributing to an efficient school environment. Teamwork and focus on harmonious coexistence We are seeking a General Services Assistant to work at our vocational school, contributing to the organization, cleaning, and operational support of the school environment. The professional will also assist with meetings, preparing coffee and other refreshments for staff and guests. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 7:40 AM to 1:00 PM\.Cleaning and maintenance of classrooms, restrooms, corridors, courtyards, and other school areas; Responsibilities * Maintain cleanliness and organization across all institutional areas (classrooms, administrative areas, kitchenette, common areas). * Prepare and serve coffee breaks, including water, coffee, tea, juices, biscuits, and supporting items as needed. * Support internal meeting logistics: arranging tables and chairs. * Restock hygiene supplies, office materials, and kitchen/coffee break supplies. * Ensure safety and proper use of facilities, reporting potential maintenance needs. * Collaborate with the team for special events, extracurricular activities, and visitor reception. * Adhere to institutional policies, punctuality, and confidentiality. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in general services or cleaning; * Organizational skills, pro\-activity, responsibility, and professional appearance. * Ability to work collaboratively and maintain harmonious relationships with diverse individuals. * Availability to work during scheduled hours (including Saturdays).
